Shipping policy
Order Processing
We process orders exclusively from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Our usual processing time is 1–3 business days. During this time, the ordered products are prepared for shipping. Please note that large models and big sets may require several days up to 4 weeks for production.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post or DHL at a flat rate.

Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Germany (Munich).
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Customs clearance and special regions may also lead to extended delivery times.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For deliveries to non-EU countries, especially Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on the destination country.
Note: Exceptions apply to special regions such as Heligoland, the Canary Islands, or Åland. Import taxes and customs duties may apply in these areas.
Returns and Exchanges
Standard items can be returned within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is liable for any loss in value.
Note: Items that have been customized or made to order (marked as “INDIVIDUAL” in the order) are excluded from return and exchange.
